1. When will my order ship?
As soon as your order is paid for, we begin packaging and preparing your items for shipment. In-stock items are typically shipped after they are located and payment is approved. Most orders begin processing immediately upon submission.
2. What shipping options are available?
We offer $9.00 flat rate shipping on orders over $10.00 in merchandise value, shipped via USPS Standard Service (2–5 business days) to the contiguous United States.
3. Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, returns are not accepted. However, we do offer replacements or refunds if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us promptly if you experience any issues.
4. Are your products really handmade?
Yes! Every product is handcrafted in small batches using our own beeswax and honey, along with carefully selected natural ingredients. Slight color or texture variations are normal and reflect the artisanal nature of our work.
5. Can I cancel a custom order?
Once a custom order has begun (such as shower favors or personalized gift sets), it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review all details carefully before placing a custom request.
6. Where can I find your products locally?
Our products are available online, at our farm shop in Meshoppen, PA, the Monroe Farmers Market in Stroudsburg, PA (Saturdays, 8 AM–Noon), and at various stores throughout Pennsylvania and neighboring states. Visit our “Where to Find Us” page for a full list.
7. Do you offer wholesale?

Many of our customers with sensitive skin love our products! We use gentle, natural ingredients, but we always recommend reviewing the ingredient list and doing a patch test if you have known sensitivities.
10. How should I store my products?
To keep your handmade items fresh and effective, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use clean, dry hands when handling products in jars or tins.
