Order Processing & Shipping
Once your payment is received, we promptly begin packaging and preparing your order for shipment.

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.00 flat rate shipping is available for orders over $10.00 in merchandise value.

Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS Standard Service (2–5 business days) to the contiguous United States.

In-Stock Items: Items are shipped as soon as they are located and payment is approved. Most orders begin processing as soon as your online order is submitted.
Returns & Handmade Product Disclaimer
Due to the nature of our handmade products, returns are not accepted. However, we do offer replacements or refunds when necessary, such as for damaged or incorrect items. Please note that color and texture variations are normal and reflect the small-batch, handcrafted nature of our products.
Custom Orders
Custom orders—including shower favors or personalized gift sets—cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. Please double-check all custom order details before finalizing your purchase.
